the health of our
customers during
production of both
cube sugar and
flour. Our aim is to
make quality and
stable production
and provide maximum
satisfaction in our
customers’ demands.
For this reason
procurement of
quality raw
material,
recruitment of
qualified employees
and making
production in high
quality constitute
the basis of all
activities of our
group. Here, for
continuous quality,
it is not
satisfactory only to
control the
production line. For
us, quality is a
target that should
be provided and
controlled and
protected, beginning
from the first step
of production until
the consumption. To
achieve this target,
we have established
the HACCP Food
Safety System in our
cube sugar and flour
production
facilities in July
2002.
We have chosen as a
target to keep human
and environmental
hygiene at first
plan, to make 100%
hygienic and healthy
production and to
train our staff
about hygiene and
sanitation issues.
