Meram Flour

IIn 1995 Meram Flourmill began its production in its plants established on 12.600 mē area. The daily wheat processing capacity of the mill was 200 ton at the beginning. With additional investments the capacity reached to a volume of 400 ton/per day in the year 1998. The mill has 35.000 ton wheat storage capacity. The brand “Meram” became one of the well known brands in Turkish flour industry.



 

Meram Flourmill produces various types of flour in 25 and 50 kg sacks and 1, 2, 5 and 10 kg quality paper packages for the domestic market. It is also possible to produce any kind of flour from mid-quality to high quality depending on the requests of our customers. Different package or sack weights and production under private label is always available.

All the production is realized under HACCP Food Safety System rules suitable to the EU norms. The laboratory works 24 hours a day and the quality of the production is always under control. Every hour samples from the product are analyzed and evaluated so that there might be no deviations in the required product quality and specification. All the process is controlled by robots and fully automated equipment without interference of human hand. We do not use any additives in our product that possible to damage human health.
